Vital Statistics

The AS5 is a version of the pencil floats that are commonly used by anglers in pursuit of silver fish but beefed up to handle larger fish on commercial Fisheries. They’ve been designed in conjunction with five times World Champion Alan Scotthorne and feature a highly buoyant balsa body with a Super-tough acrylic paint finish Black for increased durability. The AS5 is furnished with a black, non reflective stainless steel spring eye, fitted to the 1.5mm hollow glow tip. The final component is the very strong black carbon stem, which gives these floats an all round strength and stability.
